@liv001 - We are now having rain off and on so I have to run when I can. Normally I would still run, in light rain, but, with the COVID stuff, I am afraid to even catch a cold 😬

I run, walk and hike in the rain whenever I get a chance, and have never got a cold. I just wear a waterproof sweatshirt or jacket. Nothing is more refreshing or calming than going out in the rain! I just wish it rained more often in Southern California.

Five days of feeling on track is awesome! Doing well! Running in a cold downpour in the north is dreadful. I'd rather run in snow as long as it isn't liv's kind of cold! 😁 Have a good Sunday!
