Hmmm, I've heard the last 5-10 lbs are often the hardest. Maybe your body just likes to sit around 160? Or maybe you just need to give it a bit more time. When I hit a plateau I tried to stagger everything both exercise and calories to trick my body out of complacency, but it took awhile. Then all of a sudden I started losing like 5lbs in a week. I bet if you just hang tough, you'll be under your goal when you do lose again!
