I bit the bullet and the result was definitely explosive 🧨 still lower than the doctors scale. But I’m up 10 fracking pounds in less than a month and I’m not impressed. Baby boy is b i g per the last ultrasound. So, please send words to encourage me. I’m triggered by this weight gain 😬

OK guys. thank you for your awesome messages, Got it. I am growing a big baby, I’m going to stop defining myself by the numbers on that damn scale. Shoot it just was such a firm goal I set for myself. I feel so bad about myself for over-gaining when I do. But you’re right I need to be calm about this so we need to practice acceptance. I downloaded a app on my phone for pregnancy meditation. I’m going to have to actually use it now.
