@chesgreen - I only run 3 times a week now (Monday,Wednesday,Friday) and I do 5 miles each run :)

@Atriel2 - No, not a water fast. I drink Protein Shakes in heavy cream. Basically it is 'low carb'. I will consume about 900 calories a day.
