Day 2 of a planned 3 days of mostly ‘no solid food’ fasting
Yeah I know it is supposed to be “5 days of mostly ‘no solid food’ fasting” but I decided to eat dinner on Wednesday nights to give myself a *food treat* to look forward to in the middle of the week.
This is *not* good for my diet. My data clearly shows that *multiple continuous days of low carb eating* is what allows me to lose weight, so, breaking the usual 5 day ‘streak’ is definitely not going in the right direction.
But, yeah… when the f****g pandemic is over I will re-assess my strategy 🤣
