I'm up early too. But not for work. I didn't realize you were able to go to work. Nice loss. 

Yup! My elliptical from Amazon showed up yesterday and now the job of assembly! 

Does it come with the rack or just the bench? I’d love a rack, a 4 way cable machine and a smith machine but we don’t have space for them. Plus hubby doesn’t like working out at home. No motivation. So I can’t wait until the gyms open again! 

I can't wait for the gym to re-open also. I'm like your hubby Peeper, I don't like working out at home.  

Gymenast exercise bench foldable and easy to carry. That's the description on Walmart.com Amazon either sold out of many or shipping in May. Screw that. This one said delivery April 15 then I got an email saying it's arriving the 28th which I do believe is tomorrow. So that's thrilling. They didn't want me to get my hopes up for fast delivery until they were sure. Also no assembly required. Had good reviews though only a handful but hopefully it won't be long term anyhow.  

Yes fritzy...my company serves individuals with intellectual disabilities so we can't close. 😉 Thankful for my income.  

My bad...gymenist. In case anyone wants to look into it. $89.99. Adjustable back in six positions and legs in three. Also holds up to 600# which is great because I'm getting there. 😢

Fritzy... I have had nothing good to eat today and I've got a devil on my shoulder saying "Eat it all up!! Start over when the weight bench comes!" I'm truly disappointed in myself at how difficult this situation has made it for me. I truly believe I had this weight loss and being healthy mastered and I know now that I don't. 🤷🏻‍♀️ barely keeping it together and I don't even know that I'm doing that. My food log is disgusting today. I'm rarely embarrassed for posting stuff but today's is just gross. And truthfully many have not been good lately.  

Everyone is struggling. I don't want to go to the grocery store because I would think that would be the most likely place to pick up germs (for me, since I'm retired and otherwise can social distance). I've had 2 pop tarts twice this week. For so many of us, stressful situation cause us to want "comfort" food. For me that's processed snacks. Wish my comfort food was lentil soup. 

Princess, stop beating yourself up, you are just being human. I've been stress eating for the last month and I'm trying to get control again, but I don't know how long I can hold on. I only allow myself one hour of news a day because I sit there and cry, which is a real downer, but I have a need to know what is going on. I hope the new work bench helps you turn things around. Stay safe and stay strong! 💛 

Thanks, Shirfleur! I'm sorry the news makes you cry. I only have articles to read- I don't get any news channels and that's ok with me. It's easy to be overcome with fear. Yes- Fritzy- if only my comfort food wasn't high calorie-low protein. :) I agree that I feel like the grocery store is dirty and I had to go tonight and I was shocked that a man and woman were using the walmart like mall walking. No cart and they circled at a fast pace three separate times. Even more odd because it is 65 degrees outside and who would choose to be in there. Lots of odd ducks out there.  

I'm glad you have a bench coming to help you. This time surely is a struggle. The bed news, the lack of normally in life, the longing for a bit of tasty comfort... It is rough. I worked out for the first time since the gym closed with home weights. I've been running sometimes... But needed to do more for sure. I have a super good day with food followed by concocting treats I absolutely know will pull me down... And they do. This is just one day at a time. I cry too, shirfleur. It is so sad. Virtual hugs to you all. ❤️

Wal-Mart is insane!! So mAny of the other store here have fairly well stocked shelves and people are behaving. I did go to the Wal-Mart neighborhood grocery today-- pretty quiet but some dumb man was shopping in his flannel bathrobe and hunting boots????  

Yup! Been considering a simple weight bench at home too! The futon in the exercise room needs to go away.... 

Haha Chris...That woman actually touched my food so it's different. Walmart is insane. I need to go to Aldi or the more expensive store for awhile maybe.
