Maintaining for now. Trying to motivate myself to stay active. I decided that I will work on biceps and abs as a special project since I cannot do kettle-bells and pull ups right now. It is areas where the improvement is more visible and therefore motivating

Found this somewhere. Not sure how accurate it is but it allows me to get some variation into my abs work...

Yeah it is all about visualizing jc!!! LOL I am not a great muscle-builder-upper but I will give it a go

I did manage a few of these. Sort of keeps my my brain busy trying to work in new moves as well. I looked... no abs yet LOL

I can do all of them at least partly but some need work but L-sits not sure if I am ever going to get there

I decided that I will try to manage the L-sit. I am not strong enough but maybe I can build that up. Another challenge for me to add to the biceps and abs ones. Excited!!!!
