Although we are still semi-confined in the house, we headed to Walmart, Starbucks & a brief Bike 🚲 Ride & all three helped the day go by!!
Attempting Day 3 of “Live” Stream with the Gym, but program doesn’t start until 10:00am.....New Exercises are planned, so let’s see how it works.
Late Bike Ride (before dinner) paid off yesterday as did the Calories!! Maybe an early ride today before the Streaming Routine!!
