Stressful day yesterday, as well as a scheduled [i]eating day[/i] so I allowed myself to have as many carbs as I wanted.

@liv001 - Yes, I agree. I may 'water fast' on Monday. My motivation is that right now I am sick. I think I may have the flu 😒
