Day 2 of a planned 5 days of ‘no solid food’ fasting
I had a good ‘eating’ day yesterday. Well, I don’t actually ‘eat’, but, I do ‘consume’ over 1200 calories in protein shakes in heavy cream.
I am so busy this week that I won’t get a chance to run at all 😒 So, I don’t expect much weight loss this week. Perhaps 3-4 pounds, and most of that just ‘water’, not the ‘fat burn’ that I would get if I were running 3-5 miles a day while low ‘carbing it.
However, it does feel good to not ‘binge eat’. It feels good to just-be-back-on-track.
