Every time I see one of your posts about a liquid fast it makes me think about doing one. It's a little tough, but feels so good afterwards. I may try a 48 or 72 hours fast beginning on the 5th.

@Fritzy 22 - In the end my macros are the same as a normal Keto person. My problem is I CHEAT when I eat. Just the way it is :( By only drinking liquids I don't cheat (as much, I still consume too much protein powder).
