Ah, Paris! I visited for three days in June 2000, by myself. Took the Eurostar ("Chunnel") from London, where I was visiting my friend. (She had to work.) A magnificent excursion.

Friends are the best! Lovely tradition and a great way to see the world. Paris was lots of fun when I went there in 2015 with my husband. We happened on the cemetery where Jim Morrison is buried. We hopped off the bus and went in. There were so many other very famous people in that cemetery including Chopin, Sylvia Path, Oscar Wilde and more. We ended up walking around there for over 2 hours. It was beautiful and fun. Another fond memory was finding the amazing ice cream place on the island beside Norte Dom.
