Day 2 of a planned 5 days of ‘no solid food’ fasting
Humility works for me :) In reality I "don't got this". I am only [i]blessed[/i] with what I have right now (which is a lot). I can forgive myself for being [i]human[/i] and not having to ability to 'control'.
This week I won’t be eating solid food, because when do eat 'solid food', but, try to [i]control my eating[/i], and [i]not binge[/i], it doesn't seem to work.
This, for me is [i]surrender[/i] and requires [i]humility[/i].
