Day 2 of a planned 2 days of eating

I did not 🏋🏾‍♂️ lift weights yesterday as planned. Just-wasn’t-feeling-it 🥺.

However, I did do a 🏃🏾‍♂️ run. I was able to get my second mile at just over 7 minutes 👍🏾😁

I plan to 🏋🏾‍♂️ lift weights and 🏃🏾‍♂️ run today. For the past few weeks 🏋🏾‍♂️ weight lifting seems to help me drop the weight that I gain during the weekend when I am eating. This is also the first weekend, in several weeks, where I will be eating *only* Friday night, Saturday, and Sunday.

I would really love to be, say only 172lbs on Monday when I begin my normal 5 day ‘no solid food fast’. I would then have a chance to get as low as 165lbs by the end of the week.

That is very nice for your run!! Congrats. I just shuffle around but I like it.

@liv001 - Thanks! I think I was able to get the 7 minute time because I have not run so long and my running muscles were at their peak. Also, it was the second mile so I was ale to 'run into it' to get the fastest speed at the start. Notice that each subsequent mile gets slower... and slower... Haha!

@srossca - Yeah I did hit the gym this morning, hard :) I'm sure that was the 'most effective' thing I could have done today. I'm gonna be lazy and skip the run...
