Day 2 of a planned 4 days of ‘water’ fasting
Yesterday I 🏃🏾♂️ ran 3 miles and only consumed 7 carbs and 500 calories.
Still gained a pound.
I plan to do the same today, well, not gaining a pound (but who knows?).
Yes there is ‘water weight’, but, it is not *all* ‘water weight’. My body has been packing away some fat that will come off the hard way... slowly. So, this weekend I will have to fast one or two days, or at the very least go ultra-low carb.
Just another reminder that I cannot consume large amounts of carbs over multiple days. I have done this several times in the past and always the same result: Large weight gain that ‘stays awhile’. I will get things back to normal by my vacation next week, but, then I plan to do the same cycle again (it’s my vacation!).
However, when I get back, I need to go act right Haha!
