Yesterday I ate "Poorly" at 114% of goal due to late night snacking on Girl Scout cookies. I met my protein goal and all activity goals. BF up .5%
70,4 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 13,5 kg.    Nog te gaan: 0,1 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Slecht.

MMM that's why I don't buy girl scout cookies. I was in on the kid's testing team for them back in the 60"s when they were made by Burry's. I tell my friends sorry I will eat them so can't

I retired from a company that made Girl Scout cookies and they were never a problem when I was younger. I think eating them just before going to bed was my mistake again...
