Yesterday a guy at the gym stopped me and told me that I had lost a lot of weight. He asked me how I did it. I told him I cleaned up my eating habits and quit drinking on the weekends. You can work out all you want but if you're not taking care of business on your plate, you're not going to lose any weight.
72,6 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 54,4 kg.    Nog te gaan: 2,3 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

Very true, it's said weight loss is 80% what we eat and 20% exercise. That is true in my experience. Nice drop by the way!
