Well, some of this is water weight but it's great to see that paying attention to my plan will pay off.
My coworker who makes coffee has just been making really bad coffee. Our arrangement was that I provide the coffee pot, and we split the cost of the coffee. Since he gets in before I do, he makes the coffee. This has been going on for almost 10 years. Now, though, it's like he doesn't want to bother. He puts in two filters and then the wrong amount of coffee. Half the time he was letting the filters fall over so the grounds get into the coffee. I went on strike. I stopped buying coffee when the last batch ran out, and have been bringing my coffee from home. This has a benefit which is that the coffee I have now is limited as well as tasty. I haven't fully adapted to drinking extra water yet though.
Eating a bit of chicken with asparagus this morning and wills save the eggs for lunch.
