Ty so much, everyone! Sorry if i have been whiny! The gains have not been surprising, but this loss was!

Whining? I haven’t seen whining lol. I’ve seen some disappointments but that’s normal! Take your time so that you avoid as much loose skin as you can. You are doing great and have made remarkable progress since I’ve been following you! (Probably before that too but I wasn’t following you then to see it 😉) Oh and great job on not drinking at your scrabble night! Liquid calories are killer and cuts into our food calories so I believe they should be avoided mostly. That being said I have enjoyed a few sprites lately. We still need our treats if it helps us not feel so restricted and to keep going. Just in moderation 😉
