adefwebserver's Logboek, 22 apr 18

Yesterday I walked 15k steps and all I ate was chicken. Heck I even lifted weights. It was definitely a good day :) However, every week I lose a lot of weight on Sunday and gain 3-4 pounds back by Tuesday. Tomorrow will be different, I plan to start an 11 day liquid only 'fast' :) I'll let you know how it works out...
91,2 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 2,7 kg.    Nog te gaan: 16,8 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: 100%.

is Sunday your rest day? One of the ppl i follow on youtube for weight loss inspiration said that she noticed she lost weight after a rest day. If you are working out on Mondays and Tuesdays, that might explain the (water) gain.
