Yesterday I walked 15k steps and all I ate was chicken. Heck I even lifted weights. It was definitely a good day :) However, every week I lose a lot of weight on Sunday and gain 3-4 pounds back by Tuesday. Tomorrow will be different, I plan to start an 11 day liquid only 'fast' :) I'll let you know how it works out...
