Hate the way 'myfatsecret' disempowers you by stating you are losing too fast / you are gaining too fast! - I mean - I know you can lose a kilo of water weight just by sitting in the sauna! - does it annoy anyone else? Or is it just me?

I get it if I record every day which does produce huge fluctuations or if I input wrong weight. I hadnt really thought about it. Just accepted it as part of the game!
