For the first time since 31 July I went running. I was feeling very heavy, and only could do 3,5 km, but I am sooooooooooo happy I did it. Next round tomorrow morning. Btw I began running February this year, built it up from ZERO to 8k, went 2-5 times every week up until the end of last month. I got a flu which lasted for 3 weeks. Last week I was just lazy, but now I know I can do it!!!
