Woke at 233.5, down .1 from yesterday. This is fasting Monday. I’ve made it until about 1:42 pm by this point. I am definitely hungry but hanging in there. I then go in to work tomorrow through Friday. Down to 232.1 by 4 pm. UPDATE 2: Took another peek at 9 pm -- 231.7. That gets me down to my pre-Thanksgiving weight. I have a holiday party at work tomorrow, kicking off three straight days of conferences and evening events.

Good luck with the fasting. I can do 12 hours which is the least you can do to have good effect. I can sometimes do 14. But more than that and my blood sugar is angry. I have had hypoglycemia since in my late 30s.
