Woke at 229.6, down 2.5 from yesterday. Day three of June 2023 fasting-mimicking diet. Got to 229.0 before lunchtime and ate a huge salad. UPDATE: Got to 228.3 before dinner.

It's really pretty simple. It's 800-1100 calories per day for five days. Just veggies and nuts. I sneak in some red wine here and there.
