Woke at 218.4, up 1.7 from yesterday. Now I have the other problem, and I canāt seem to move anything! 🙄 GI doc appointment this afternoon. UPDATE: GI doctor thought I probably had a virus or other foodborne illness. We are going to do a stool sample if I have loose movement again, but otherwise, it looks like I outlasted it. Weighed 219.1 at dinnertime.
