Sushi tonight with friends.
Then dentist early tomorrow morning to have a molar extracted. I have a feeling that will curtail my eating for a few days. Not looking forward to this at all.

sushi sounds good, molar extraction not good. I've had a couple of those, was necessary and I'm ok. But it didn't really stop my cravings and over eating, well maybe for a day or 2! I've been away from this site for awhile and I'm back looking forward to keeping true to my woe. Do you go to any groups on this site that are active? The ones I've been on in the past aren't active now. Take care :-)

Hope everything goes smoothly for you Shir. I don’t think anyone loves the dentist. I love getting my teeth cleaned but that’s where I draw the line. 😝

I've really been very fortunate, I've needed very little dental care other than cleaning. But, these teeth have been chomping on food for a long time now, and I guess they're just showing their age.
