abbadabba's Logboek, 31 okt 21

Ate way too much last night. Ugh.
Today - coffee with almond milk. Lunch: multiple servings of whipped cream, cake. Half of a banana. Rolled salami and cheese with some lettuce. Dinner was shrimp wontons with the ramen plus cabbage and broccoli. Walked with my friend, twice around the mall, which I think is about 2 miles altogether.
