Woke at 220.5, down .7 from yesterday. Glad that my fast-breaking Five Guys visit didn't hurt me too much! Started the day with a sleep-in and then probably 45 minutes of playing outside doing pool maintenance in the noon sunshine. We close it on September 27, so I'm maximizing my time! Denise went out with friends last night and had steak, so she offered the leftovers for my lunch salad, which was a nice bonus. She has a brisket in the crockpot now, so we will be set for meal prep. Happy Sunday, everyone! UPDATE: I was famished before dinner, but the weigh-in showed 221.6 from lunch and drinks. Denise made an amazing brisket and some keto broccoli slaw for me (keto mayo and erythritol). And then our daughter Em called to chat for an hour. Awesome day!
