Yaaass. I added Greek yoghurt back into my diet after 2 years dairy free. It took a few days but stomach has made peace with the yoghurt. I sprinkle different puddings and top with berries for an ugly protein packed concoction as well. So far the white chocolate cheesecake is my fave. Ummm… I need to restock on my PB powder, lord knows I can’t have regular PB in my pantry. #PBIssues 🤣

Yeah -the sf pudding was Chris's idea and the fage is finally sold at our Walmart - also from Chris - I think. It's a trade off because I turned him on to egg beaters. 😉

Mermee - that's right. I remember it was your idea. And who could forget the pronunciation Convo? He was hitting that hard. 😆 No Petra. I tried vanilla awhile ago with a different yogurt brand. It was ok. I prefer chocolate and the fage brand is much thicker and filling.

instant coffee (sparingly) and cocoa powder or cacao, now it's mocha flavored. Mexican the chocolate up with some cinnamon similar to abuelita's. none of these are pretty which is why I don't normally show pics. you can also do the coffee flavor with espresso dregs. yeah, I like flavor.
