Waking weigh in of 215.4. Hoping to lose two more pounds of water weight today. Got bad news yesterday. My cousin Chris passed away at 50 after a heart attack. We will be heading back to Ohio to be with family this weekend. Obviously going to have to navigate the food waters more carefully than last weekend as I console my aunt and cousins. Have a nice Easter weekend, everyone.

Is that what I saw on FB. Oh Bill, I am so sorry for yours and your family's loss. Too young :(. Take care, travel safe. Bugger the 'diet'. It's all fixable when you get back. Just look after yourself emotionally while you hold the family together. Hugs pal. Holding you in my thoughts.

He was very young. Sounds like it was sudden. Sorry for your loss.
