Just do it. Its keeping me motivated to keep improving. I feel like I've made more progress in 4 days than 2 weeks before I started tracking them. All about improving competing with yourself!

Thanks. Nice and slow reps, no bouncing. I used to do that with much more weight and it got me nowhere. The Achilles tendon is very strong and does most of the work when you bounce.
