Thanks- I was trying to come up with a way to make it more fat secret related. We do believe he is a pyrenees. We got him from the shelter 9 years ago. Someone left him in the outside kennel in the middle of the night. :( The boots are a consignment store find. Maurices brand size 11- too big. I thought I could make it work because I have ankle tan boots and black but no dark brown. I was wrong. They are quite large. If anyone wants them- message me your address. I promise I'm not a weirdo. :)

True- Katsolo. Diana- I was a 10- sometimes 11- now I have 1/2 my shoes as 9's and 1/2 are 10's. I really wanted these boots to work. Even feet lose weight!

uncleadam- I really needed about 800 less calories than I ate. Just overly hungry today and didn't make great food choices. Always tomorrow. At least I lifted and got in 7000 steps. 🤷🏻♀️

Buster looks like a sweetheart! Donate the boots to a woman's shelter, someone there would be thrilled to have them. Also a good place to donate clothes. Good job on the workout.! 💛
