Thanks guys! I have the worst body at the gym. Not kidding. Even if I have more muscle, the girls are "trimmer" so definitely uncomfortable. I never look at the men but I always look at the women and from what I see- it's just a bunch of sluts.😂😆 Just kidding. They look great. It's not like PF where I fell in the middle somewhere. There is no one on the cardio machines this time of day and literally trying not to trip over each other just to lift. So- back to the morning workout for me. Need to be there by 6 every day. That gives me 8 minutes and I gotta finish this coffee. TTFN!💗

You look fantastic. Take the credit and internalize it. Print this image out, remove your head from the image and you'll see what the rest of us see. It's a great exercise to understand what the mind does when you look in the mirror. That's not to say you can't do even better sweating it out. Gotta have goals.
