Changed my RDI to 1400 calories per day (average). I'm doing a modified 5/2 diet now. I've determined to eat half of what I am burning per day (with exercise added). That's typically in the 2750-2800 calorie range, although that will decrease as I lose weight. Should hit something between 177-190 lbs. by the end of 2013.

Hope this works for you. Congrats in being in the 200's :) Eager to follow your progress, jealous because men lose much quicker, but then you also exercise much more than I do. Thanks for your support as well on my journal.
