Day 1 of a planned 5 days of eating
Yeah I planned to do one more mostly ‘no solid food’ fasting day, but, mentally I was ‘tired’. So last night I ate.
Tomorrow I go out of town for 5 days and-I-will-be-eating 😜.
I wont be able to weigh, but, I Will-Log-Everything-I-Eat 👍🏾
