20 ounce bone in dry rubbed ribeye with mashed root vegetables and asparagus in Hollandaise sauce at the Red Apron/Partisan in Washington, DC. My dinner partner and I shared all of this half-and-half. The waiter talked us into getting it medium rare. I would have preferred it at medium at least, but it was good. I like how the chef cut the meat from the bone and then cut each piece lengthwise against the bone. I'm going to try that myself one of these days.
