Draglist's Logboek, 25 mrt 13

Sort of pissed off. I do a weigh in every three days. My goal is 250 by tomorrow morning. Friday, I did 251.0... great. Ate modestly on Saturday and Sunday (both below my target calorie count by a 100 or 200 a day). Body was processing appropriately ('nuff said). This morning, I get up and I'm at 255.0. WTF? Today, I'm eating about 600 calories tops and doing a lot of coffee and tea. I will do a brisk walking workout, too. Hoping for good news on the scale tomorrow.
