225 pound bench for 25 reps! A high protein intake works wonders. Last time I was this bodyweight on a lower intake and a lot of cardio my max was 10 reps.

Stronger on every lift. Pulldowns are at 200+ for reps, added a couple plates on each side for leg press, etc

Thanks! I want to test my strength on higher weight(275+) but am also afraid of injuries.

I should have known this. Back when I didn't count calories I would have a HUGE protein shake after my workouts. At 190 pounds I was benching 295x10. I chalked the strength loss up to my age but it must have been the protein.

I might have to go back to shakes. I used to put my creatine, 3 scoops of protein, a banana, skim milk, peanut butter, and a handful of spinach and almonds in a blender.

I'm so used to my post workout shake with creatine and beta-alanine I'd be lost without it. It's like my dessert 🍰s'mores, molten Chocolate, cinnamon swirl, Rocky road, oh my!
