Woke at 233.8, up .2 from yesterday after a 3100 calorie day where 2200 of those came after 9 pm. I really thought I would see 235 plus, so I'm pretty happy. Protein coffee to start, a small steak for lunch, and then brats on the grill for dinner. Fasting on Monday. UPDATE: Added some Brussels sprouts with lunch. Pre-dinner weigh in was 234.8, so the waking weight is today's low.
