Thank you for all the comments yesterday - I love the support from people! @Fritzy 22 you are right, I didn't make my point very clearly! I basically meant that I can't follow the recommended serving sizes - I have to start taking half or two-thirds of a serving if I want to get a wide variety of food without going over my daily calorie allowance. So half sandwiches, smaller snack portions, while counting calories. Tomorrow is the new month! I can do it.
