@CrashtestDawnie - haha thanks :) However, I-have-no-willpower :) Yesterday I went on a carb binge, triggered by a bowl of chicken with no breading or sauce. I could not stop pounding the carbs until I dragged myself off the couch and went for a run. As I was eating Frosted Flakes and popcorn, I KNEW I should stop, but I could not. This is why I think my 'no solid food fasts' (and Intermediate Fasting for others), works. You don't have to 'fight' and use 'willpower' if you 'never go into battle' 🤣

It is definitely easier for me to just Not eat for a period of time than it is to eat “right” all day. That is why I’m waiting until at least 1pm to eat today. There’s no way my body actual needs anything anyway 😅 other than water
