I wasn't positive but there is definite progress when I looked at pics from last month. This slow and steady progress has worked wonders for my body and mind. 188 pounds in this pic. It's from yesterday. Up 4 pounds compared to my last ab pic.

Oh yeah, a lot of difference. Should do a before and after sort of thing. It'll be even more obvious.
