Ok, I finally feel like I am getting a grip on life again! Yay! This summer was so crazy!!!
I'm sure everyone knows how it is there is so much going on in the summer and on top of it I took a total of 4 classes. I just started fall term and I feel so much more relaxed. I'm thankful that I didn't gain too much weight this summer :)
The last few days have been crazy we had a power outage for two and a half days, in that time we lost $300 worth of food and the house became a disaster zone. Luckily homeowners will be giving us $199 dollars to replace some of what we lost. The biggest issue was I was eating fast food everyday, bleh. I feel gross now but am ready to get back on the dieting. I also hope to include some exercising, right after I clean up the house!
I'm going to a Women's health event "are you game" in New york city in 2 weeks with some girlfriends, so I really need to get back in shape for that. I'd also love to get some new work clothes now that fall is coming up :)
I changed my goal to 129. At my lowest weight I was 127 and looking back I don't think it looked that good on me. Some of my skin was looking sunken in and almost saggy, it definitely wasn't a good look. So 129 should be perfect and of course some toning.
After not having power for a few days I feel refreshed and ready to jump back into everything head first :)
