I did make it to the gym yesterday. I worked larger muscle groups at medium intensity. I ate reasonably well trying to fuel my recovery. Although I have been fighting my annual change of seasons cold this week, I haven't had any loss of appetite. I'm noticing that I often have a weight loss the day after going to the gym and gains about two days later. Have a great weekend everyone!!!
