I haven't been to the gym since Sunday. I have a fresh cold and my wife has had me busy with her pre-holiday "Honey do list." I haven't been eating poorly but I have been gaining weight so far this week. The break from the gym has aided recovery from prior workouts. That "worked out yesterday soreness" is almost totally gone. My T-shirts feel tighter in the chest area. No complaints, just observations. I hope I feel well enough to make to the gym tomorrow. Let's keep putting one foot in front of the other. We will get there...
