This is good, had 3 horrible days. I played catch up the whole 2 weeks!
84,6 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 14,4 kg.    Nog te gaan: 16,6 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

Hi Mary-Helena! There was 3 days in the past 2 weeks that I just took a "break", had a chocolate craving like there was no tomorrow...so after that I was trying to get were I was but only ended up with 0,3kg exstra. The "diet" itself is not that hard, I just get tried of COUNTING and WEIGHING everything. Planning to jog this week and then I will have a way better result by Sunday. Sundays are EVIL, when it gets to eating but yesterday I counted everything like I never do.

Hi Nanko try to reduce your carb intake your fat and protein is okay but if you want to loose drastic weight you must reduce your carb intake quite l lot. I do not use more that 30 gms of carb per day and that is the onoy thing I count

30 grams is so little... According to this FatSecret app my carb in is CRAZY high! I think I should start aiming for 100g...but I'm counting the calories so I think counting the carbs as well might be a headache!

If i may add my 2 cents....I to aim for 30g carbs per day…I found that cal counting is a waste of time if you doing LC (although fat secret app does all the work…lol), counting carbs is definitely the thing for me! Sounds like there is a lot of work going into your diet! It’s hard not to lose interest! When it becomes HARD or boring! That’s my feelings on the matter! Good luck and have an awesome diet adventure..

I appreciate your opinion...30grams is insane! Do you plan ahead? It's not boring me yet though.

I usually stay under 30 grams and my diet is quite varied. I do not count calories it is too much work I love yoghurt and strawberries. Bacon all meats cold meats salads egg etc. The only thin I miss is sweets but we get Caring Candies here that has no calories and no carbs in the chocolate so I sneak in half during the week. There are so many recipes to work on and we have many restaurants that are Banting friendly

I also stick to that but know the carb contents now so don't need to count. Look at The Real Meal Revolution food lists and stick to the items on the green list. No counting needed.
