Ate a bunch and skipped the gym. I was so sore everywhere that I needed a break. Sundays are to be my off days from lifting but I'll have to plan to go to make it up. Watched Little House on the Prairie (don't be jealous) and went to bed early. slept until 6:30 instead of 4 and my body thanked me for it. Cleaning, dog walking since we have a break in the weather, and lifting on the agenda. Had my coffee and feeling good.
