MAINTAINED. Overall, I lost -2.2 lbs this month; from 192.8 to 190.6. This is .5 loss per week. I'm ok with that but will push harder for 1lb a week loss in Aug. Measurements: 1.25 in lost on hips. 7/8th lost on Waist. 1.25 lost on chest. arms/thighs basically maintained. Muscle mass went up .3👍. Body fat went down .3👎. I like that trade off 😎
