I think I lost some water weight from Thursday's workout even though I didn't eat as well yesterday. I'm starting to overstand my body and how it responds to food and exercise. I tell friends that it is the best thing about thing about FS next to the support we give each other...

Water weight from what I know is usually from having sodium in your diet and you retain the water.... it will pass ...just stay away from salty stuff especially before weighing in!!
