being honest here: i stayed strict to my plan for 9 days, 3 days till monthly, and the kids were a combination of Woody the Woodpecker and the Tazmanian Devil...so we made Choco chip cookies!! Famous last thought "ill only have 1 or 2" it was more like 4 spread out over the course of the afternoon. My self control was an improvement, when i thought about grabbing a 5th, i got my Outshine popsicle instead: The cold makes it take longer for me to eat and satisfied that craving for something sweet.
